Automation QA Engineer (QVAC) (100% remote)

As an Automation QA Engineer at Tether, you build and maintain test automation for desktop and mobile applications while taking ownership of manual testing for critical user flows. You work across Tether's suite of products, from USDT stablecoin infrastructure to KEET and other digital asset platforms, ensuring quality and reliability at scale.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable
• Investigate test failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes with developers
• Work with developers and product teams on testability and acceptance criteria
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk and maintain regression suites
