Automation QA Engineer (QVAC) (100% remote)

As an Automation QA Engineer at Tether, you build and maintain test automation for desktop and mobile applications while taking ownership of manual testing for critical user flows. You work on a global remote team delivering quality assurance for reserve-backed token solutions and digital asset infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable
• Investigate test failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes with developers
• Work with developers and product teams on testability and acceptance criteria
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk and maintain regression suites

What you bring

• Strong automation testing skills for desktop and mobile applications
• Experience building and maintaining test automation in CI/CD environments
