Blockchain Crypto Fund & Portfolio Specialist

As a Blockchain Crypto Fund & Portfolio Specialist at Triumph Capital, you support the research, construction, and management of blockchain and cryptocurrency portfolios for institutional and high net-worth clients. You perform fundamental and quantitative analysis on digital assets, monitor market trends, and assess risk and return profiles to inform investment decisions aligned with the firm's risk management framework.

What you'll do

• Conduct fundamental and quantitative analysis on digital assets and blockchain projects
• Monitor market trends and assess risk and return profiles for existing and prospective investments
• Design and implement investment strategies for crypto funds
• Prepare investment memos and contribute to portfolio allocation decisions
• Track portfolio performance and report on results
• Collaborate with internal teams on investment themes and strategy
• Coordinate with external service providers as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior investment professionals and clients

What you bring

• Strong knowledge of blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and their applications in financial markets
• Understanding of cryptocurrency markets, token economics, and digital asset valuation approaches
• Foundational knowledge of cryptography principles as they relate to blockchain security and consensus mechanisms
• Solid finance skills, including portfolio construction, risk management, and performance analysis
• Experience or demonstrated interest in crypto funds, digital asset investment products, or alternative investments
• Ability to conduct independent research, synthesize complex information, and present clear, data-driven recommendations
• Proficiency with analytical tools and spreadsheets; familiarity with market data platforms or blockchain analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
• High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a consistent focus on risk management and client interests

• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or blockchain certifications

What we offer

• Salary range of ¥16,000,000-¥24,000,000 JPY per year depending on experience, fund-management expertise, digital asset knowledge, and portfolio strategy responsibilities
