Full Stack Engineer / Urgent Hiring

As a Full Stack Engineer at CoinWorldCap, you will build scalable backend systems and infrastructure for a crypto data aggregator that combines qualitative and quantitative data sets to deliver holistic analytics for digital assets. You join a mission-driven team focused on improving how individuals and institutions access and understand crypto markets, working at the intersection of full-stack development and AI-assisted execution.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices using Golang, Java, or Node.js
• Build and secure RESTful and WebSocket APIs for frontend consumers and third-party integrations
• Optimize database performance using MySQL and Redis for distribution systems
• Implement and maintain message-driven data pipelines using Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Collaborate with AI agents to accelerate architectural prototyping, boilerplate generation, and root-cause analysis
• Provide critique on core infrastructure layout, multi-threading logic, and cloud deployment pipelines

What you bring

• A track record of shipping real backend-heavy or full-stack products in production environments
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-concurrency, multi-threading, and core data structures
• Strong backend skills with Golang preferred (Java or Node.js also acceptable) and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Ability to care about how backend data efficiency and stability impact user experience
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to translate unclear system requirements into concrete architectural steps
• Fluent in English with Mandarin communication skills for development and operations collaboration

Nice to have

• Proven experience setting up AI-driven workflows such as Claude Code or Codex for complex infrastructure management
• Experience optimizing cloud-native environments or building automated monitoring systems
