Manager | Digital Assets & Blockchain Advisory

Be Management Consulting is seeking a Manager for Digital Assets and Blockchain Advisory to join the Capital Markets and Investment Banking team at our Milan office. You will support financial institutions, Fintech companies, and market operators as they navigate the regulatory, strategic, and operational challenges of the rapidly evolving digital assets sector. You will work on complex, frontier topics that are transforming finance globally, helping clients adopt and develop innovative business models linked to digital assets.

What you'll do

• Support financial institutions and market operators in interpreting and implementing key regulatory frameworks for digital assets, including MiCAR, the DLT Pilot Regime, AML/CFT, and the Market Abuse Regulation.
• Analyse organisational, operational, and technological impacts of regulatory evolution.
• Monitor the market and international trends, evaluating innovative business solutions and technologies in digital assets and blockchain.
• Contribute to the definition of strategies, business cases, and transformation roadmaps, formulating recommendations based on sector benchmarks and best practices.
• Design target operating models and organisational structures, coordinating stakeholders across business, compliance, risk, and technology.
• Manage complex project initiatives, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and alignment with client strategic objectives.
• Interact with senior stakeholders, contributing to strategic decision-making and business evolution.

What you bring

• 5-6 years of experience in consulting firms, financial institutions, Fintech, or specialised digital assets and blockchain organisations.
• A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of the digital assets ecosystem, its market and financial dynamics, and key technological solutions.
• Experience on project initiatives related to blockchain, tokenisation, DLT infrastructure, digital asset custody, and exchange services.
• Excellent knowledge of European and international digital assets regulations and the main regulatory developments in the sector.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and translate strategic objectives into concrete operational initiatives.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
