Business Activation Manager

As a Business Activation Manager at Oobit, you own the journey from signed agreement through funded account and live payments. You drive every account forward with urgency and commercial focus, pushing processes, resolving blockers, and holding teams and customers accountable. Oobit Business gives companies one global account to run on stablecoins, and you make sure they get there.

What you'll do

• Own the activation pipeline from signed agreements to funded accounts and live payments
• Understand each customer's payment needs, terms, and expected volume, and set clear activation plans
• Drive KYB collection and work with compliance to resolve open requirements
• Lead product walkthroughs and guide customers through setup, funding, and first payments
• Follow up proactively, secure decisions, and escalate blockers early
• Coordinate product, operations, and support to deliver on customer commitments
• Turn first payments into recurring usage and grow account volume
• Keep the CRM accurate and report on pipeline, activation dates, and revenue

What you bring

• A strong closing mentality with a track record of turning customer commitments into measurable results
• Experience in B2B sales, customer activation, account management, or financial services
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize accounts by revenue potential and readiness
• Confidence to push for decisions, challenge delays, and escalate blockers with sound judgment
• Disciplined pipeline management with clear owners, deadlines, and consistent follow through
• The ability to coordinate customers, compliance, and operations without losing momentum
• Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with business onboarding, KYB, global payments, or corporate cards
• Familiarity with stablecoins and digital wallets
• Experience building activation or account management processes in a growing company
