Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate at Animoca Brands, you join the growth team to identify and develop partnership opportunities across the Web3 ecosystem. What you'll do

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities
• Maintain an organized customer relationship management system to track leads from initial contact to qualified meeting
• Develop metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and impact of partnership initiatives, monitor performance, and provide reports to senior management
• Stay abreast of the latest developments, best practices, and emerging opportunities in the AI sector, and share knowledge and insights with the team to support continuous learning
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration efforts within the organization to support partnership initiatives in the decentralized web education space, and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as AI, Business, or a related discipline
• A genuine interest in business operations and a hunger to learn the product and service inside and out
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage complex partnership agreements within the decentralized web landscape
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective partnership strategies
• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving partnership success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
