Business Development (Blockchain/Web3/RWA)

As a Business Development professional at Meey Group, you drive revenue growth and expand the Mey Network ecosystem through product and service partnerships. You identify and develop strategic relationships across marketing, technology, legal, finance, and adjacent sectors, ensuring effective execution and timely delivery of collaborative initiatives.

What you'll do

• Research industry trends, Blockchain and RWA technologies, competitors, and strategic partners to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with projects, founders, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers across the industry
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the brand and expand the partner network
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute business development initiatives
• Contribute market feedback and partner insights to inform product development and business strategy

What you bring

• A degree in International Business, International Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or B2B Sales
• Foundational knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and AI economics and business models
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and understand partner motivations
• Capability to develop strategies, design partnership models, and build business scenarios
• Professional presentation and slide design skills
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.), office productivity software, Telegram, LinkedIn, X, and crypto/blockchain tools
• Confidence engaging with C-level executives and presenting to large audiences
• Willingness to travel extensively within and outside the country for business

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Blockchain, Crypto, or Fintech sectors
