Business Development Manager, Crypto

As a Business Development Manager at 0x, you grow 0x's footprint across the leading trading apps in crypto. You join a team of three reporting to the Head of Sales, building on 0x's position powering top wallets, terminals, trading bots and launchpads on EVM, while helping establish 0x on Solana. This role is for someone deeply embedded in crypto, using onchain products daily, well-connected across the space, and equally comfortable closing structured multi-month deals with major wallets or informal agreements in community channels.

What you'll do

• Find and qualify opportunities across EVM and Solana, from new apps needing swap infrastructure to established platforms that can benefit from 0x's trade execution
• Own deals from first outreach through go-live, leading discovery, technical scoping, commercial negotiations and contracting, and bringing in Engineering and Legal to resolve blockers
• Drive trading volume and revenue through your partnerships, staying close to customers to understand their evolving needs and identify expansion opportunities
• Share customer and market feedback with Product and Engineering on routing, execution quality, latency, feature gaps and more
• Help shape 0x's cryptonative sales playbook, including targeting, lead qualification, positioning and deal terms
• Represent 0x at conferences and ecosystem events around the world

What you bring

• 4+ years in business development or sales, with a proven track record of sourcing and closing deals with cryptonative teams
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and an existing network of founders, operators, and decision-makers across Solana wallets, terminals, trading bots and launchpads
• Experience selling a technical product such as APIs, infrastructure or developer tooling to engineers and business teams
• Experience building your own pipeline from scratch, without SDR support
• Experience negotiating commercial terms for onchain trading products, such as swap fees, trade surplus, API pricing and revenue-sharing agreements
• A strong understanding of onchain trading and execution quality, including how price impact, slippage, gas costs and fees affect trading outcomes
• Ability to travel globally for customer meetings, conferences, ecosystem events, and annual team offsites
• Alignment with 0x's core values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact

Nice to have

• Comfortable navigating onchain data from platforms like Dune and DefiLlama to spot trends, size opportunities and benchmark 0x against competitors
• Experience at a DEX, aggregator or onchain trading infrastructure company
