Head of Business Development, Exchange Infrastructure

As Head of Business Development at ChainXchange, you will build relationships with exchange founders and drive the full sales cycle for our partner coordination platform. ChainXchange is an early-stage company building the infrastructure layer for the next generation of crypto exchanges, helping founders launch faster, operate smarter, and scale globally while maintaining full independence.

What you'll do

• Find, qualify, and engage exchange founders, CTOs, and web3 decision makers
• Own the full sales cycle from first call to signed deal
• Leverage your network to build credibility and generate inbound interest
• Structure deals that work for both the client and ChainXchange
• Share market insights, competitor updates, and client needs with the founding team

What you bring

• 3+ years of business development or sales experience in crypto, such as exchanges, market making, token listings, launchpads, custody, liquidity, or web3 SaaS
• A strong network among exchange founders or decision makers
• Experience closing B2B deals and managing your own pipeline

Nice to have

• Experience selling trading engines or exchange technology
• Understanding of exchange operations, compliance, and market making
• Ability to explain technical value to both tech and business teams
• Experience selling across APAC, Europe, or the Americas
• Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving team
