Business Development Manager (Market Making)

As a Business Development Manager at Key Labs, you lead conversations with crypto projects from first contact through contract signature. You build and leverage a network of exchange listing teams, launchpads, incubators and listing agents to win new market-making clients for our boutique desk.

What you'll do

• Lead conversations with projects from first reply to signed contract
• Build a partner network with exchanges, launchpads and listing agents
• Run calls with founders
• Be the public face of Key Labs' business development on LinkedIn and X

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in listings, exchange BD, launchpad BD or market-making sales
• Your own existing contacts you can reach out to immediately
• Understanding of spreads, depth and exchange KPIs
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Ukrainian or Russian language skills

What we offer

• Fixed salary of $1,500-$2,000 per month
• 15% of each new client's first quarter revenue (approximately $3,000 per deal) plus 5% of every renewal
• Guaranteed minimum compensation for the first 3 months
