Business Development Manager(Liquidity Hub）

As a Business Development Manager for PancakeSwap's Liquidity Hub, you own partnerships across institutional liquidity, tokenized assets, and distribution channels. You drive the expansion of PancakeSwap's institutional pipeline and position the platform as the default aggregator API for wallets, trading venues, and DeFi protocols, replacing 1inch in key segments.

What you'll do

• Own the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, negotiation, integration, and ongoing health metrics for tokenized stock issuers, RWA issuers, and market makers
• Build and expand the PropAMM institutional pipeline, with primary metrics of PancakeSwap X monthly trading volume and RWA issuers onboarded
• Manage PancakeSwap X RFQ distribution expansion into new channels and venues
• Participate in weekly cross-division BD syncs to surface pipeline overlaps and coordinate joint approaches
• Conduct ongoing competitor intelligence specific to your division's domain and translate findings into actionable differentiation
• Build and mentor a small team of BD managers as the division matures

What you bring

• 3+ years of business development, partnerships, or growth experience in DeFi, crypto, or fintech, with a track record of signed deals
• A quantitative mindset: comfortable reading on-chain data, TVL and volume dashboards, and setting KPI targets from first principles
• Domain familiarity with tokenized equities, RWA infrastructure, institutional market maker relationships, DEX aggregator mechanics, wallet and trading-venue integration flows, and rev-share or white-label deal structuring
• Ability to manage multiple parallel deals autonomously with minimal hand-holding, communicating blockers early
• An ownership mindset
