Product Designer (new product)

As a Product Designer at P2P.org, you will design new products for the largest institutional staking provider, with a TVL exceeding $10B and over 20% market share in restaking. You join a global team focused on building intuitive, high-performance interfaces for prediction markets, trading terminals, and yield products across multiple blockchains including Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, TON, Avail, Monad, Babylon, Story, and Berachain.

What you'll do

• Design intuitive, high-performance trading interfaces including dashboards, charts, order books, and trading workflows for prediction markets and trading terminals
• Own the end-to-end UI/UX design of web and mobile applications, from initial concepts and wireframes to production-ready interfaces
• Create engaging visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials
• Build and maintain a consistent visual identity and scalable design system across all digital products
• Work closely with founders, product managers, and developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
• Take full ownership of design decisions, present and justify your solutions, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and continuously improve the user experience

What you bring

• A portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills, ideally including fintech, DeFi, or trading platforms
• Proficiency in design tools and prototyping software
• Experience designing for both web and mobile applications
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions
