Senior Product Designer, Fiat/Earn

As a Senior Product Designer at OKX, you'll shape the experiences for VIP users and the deposit and withdrawal journeys that power the platform. You'll join a global team focused on crafting dynamic, engaging experiences across fiat and crypto rails, including how those journeys connect to the Earn product. Your work will guide design quality, lead cross-functional alignment, and help define how millions of users move funds and access crypto.

What you'll do

• Leverage data, insights, and user feedback to bring human voices into problem statements, product interfaces, and user journeys
• Generate ideas quickly and connect regularly with customers to validate directions
• Participate in design critiques and present work in product leadership feedback meetings
• Own end-to-end design quality for VIP and Deposit & Withdraw, including advocating for UX craft and users
• Design VIP tiering, benefits, and recognition experiences, including how Earn perks and bonuses surface for VIP users
• Design deposit and withdrawal flows across fiat and crypto rails that are fast, trustworthy, and easy to follow
• Co-lead the product development process, influencing strategic decisions to improve the overall product experience and ensure consistency
• Partner with visual designers, product managers, user researchers, and engineers across markets to build and ship experiences that represent the company vision
• Work across teams to drive consensus and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of users with business goals
• Think systematically about UI patterns and reusable solutions, designing scalable components that work across features and contexts
• Contribute to and evolve the design system by identifying opportunities to abstract one-off designs into well-documented, flexible components

What you bring

• Native understanding of crypto with hands-on experience investing in CeFi or DeFi
• 5-8 years of Product Design experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent project and portfolio experience
• Experience designing outstanding digital products in an agile development environment with cross-functional partners, backed by a portfolio that showcases modern design work and mobile-first digital capabilities
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and the ability to dissect complex problems and translate them into user-centric, data-driven experiences that are intuitive and inclusive
• Extensive background in developing digital products through comprehensive knowledge of user research, user experience, interaction design, and prototyping techniques, with demonstrated expertise in design methodologies and tools that facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple dependencies, prioritize tasks independently, and demonstrate flexibility while proactively addressing challenges
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with experience articulating complex concepts persuasively, providing rationale behind decisions, remaining open to feedback, and confidently representing viewpoints
• Systems-level design thinking: you naturally spot patterns across flows and proactively create reusable, scalable components rather than solving each screen in isolation, with experience building, documenting, or contributing to a component library or design system

• Knowledge of OKX VIP, Deposit & Withdraw, and Earn products
• Experience working with teams across offices and US time zones
• Experience using AI tools (Figma plugins, generative design, prompt-based prototyping) to accelerate design workflows and explore concepts faster
• Experience using AI to build systematic design approaches, moving beyond screen-by-screen design to construct interactive, high-fidelity flows that can be explored and validated end to end
