Business Development Operations Manager

As a BD Operations Manager at Bullbit PERP DEX, you lead global business development operations, drive futures and perpetual trading volume growth, and optimize partner acquisition and retention. Bullbit is a perp DEX combining centralized exchange performance with decentralized security, currently built on Base Layer 2 and migrating to its sovereign Layer 1, BullChain.

What you'll do

• Lead BD recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
• Manage BD pipelines, KPIs, partner activation, and trading volume growth
• Develop partnership strategies, trading fee structures, rebate and incentive programs
• Oversee partner operations, retention, and issue resolution
• Lead the BD Operations team and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Management to drive business results

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in BD Operations, BD Management, or Partnership Management within CEX, DEX, or crypto derivatives
• Strong understanding of futures and perpetual trading, IB and affiliate networks, trading volume dynamics, trading fees, and rebates
• Proven experience in BD recruitment, team management, KPI evaluation, and performance optimization
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English and a hands-on, results-driven mindset
