Product Designer (Injective Labs)

As a Product Designer at Injective Labs, you work on Injective's web products and decentralized applications. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape the design of DeFi products built on an interoperable smart contracts platform natively integrated with Ethereum, Cosmos, and Solana. You will map out creative solutions and partner with leadership to craft products that serve users at scale.

What you'll do

• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and manage multiple product launches
• Propagate a strong design practice, influence product strategy, and impact product execution and quality
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to find elegant and practical solutions to design challenges
• Listen to user feedback and influence product-design strategy and solutions that delight customers
• Develop and maintain product design systems
• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, balancing pixel-perfect attention to detail with low-fidelity sketches and prototypes as appropriate

What you bring

• 3+ years in a UI/UX design role, with experience at a consumer fintech company preferred
• Excellent Figma skills
• Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products
• Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
• Experience developing and maintaining design systems
• Ability to communicate effectively on an ego-free, highly energetic, and cross-functional team
• Ability to get feedback efficiently and to pushback when necessary
• Proven ability to lead product design discovery and manage the end-to-end design process from initial concept through final delivery
• Strong information design experience with a solid foundation in UX design heuristics
• Deep knowledge and applied experience in graphic design, including layout, typography, and color
• A portfolio that demonstrates care and craft in your work
• Based in North or South America or Europe time zones

Nice to have

• Adobe creative suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Previous experience working in the crypto space
• Previous experience working at an exchange (CEX or DEX)
