Chief Capital Officer

As Chief Capital Officer at SRC Ecosystem, you lead institutional capital strategy for a tokenized trade finance infrastructure platform. You drive lender onboarding, capital activation, and strategic fundraising across private credit, trade finance, funds, family offices, and financial institutions. This is a partner-level, revenue-driving executive role built for a senior professional with deep relationships in institutional capital markets.

What you'll do

• Source, onboard, and activate capital from private lenders, trade finance and credit funds, family offices, alternative lenders, and banks
• Lead senior-level discussions with capital decision-makers and convert onboarded lenders into repeat, active capital providers
• Ensure consistent liquidity to finance tokenized trade finance opportunities on SRC
• Match institutional capital with tokenized trade finance deals, matching risk/return profiles, tenor and collateral structures
• Collaborate with internal credit, risk, and trade assessment teams to support structured capital deployment across single deals, pools, and repeat allocations
• Support SRC's seed and strategic token offerings, focusing on high-ticket strategic investors and institutional family office allocations
• Represent SRC in senior-level investor discussions alongside the executive team
• Own lender-side revenue growth and capital inflows (TVL)
• Optimize capital efficiency, pricing, and deployment structures
• Act as the institutional face of SRC for capital partners in investor meetings, partnerships, and industry events

What you bring

• Senior background in trade finance, private credit, structured finance, institutional fundraising, banking, or alternative lending
• A strong network across funds, lenders, family offices, or banks
• Comfort operating at C-level and partner level
• An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with performance-based upside
