(Chinese Speaking) Corporate & Institutional Client Onboarding / (Senior) KYB / CDD Specialist

As a (Senior) KYB Specialist at OSL, you manage corporate client onboarding, execute entity due diligence, and support B2B client operations across APAC and Greater China. You will analyze corporate ownership structures, verify legal documents, and ensure a seamless, compliant onboarding experience within our regulated digital asset platform.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end KYB onboarding for corporate, institutional, and private entities, including SPVs, Funds, Trusts, and offshore holdings across BVI, Cayman, and APAC jurisdictions
• Identify and map Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) structures down to required thresholds, verify corporate registry documents, and evaluate Source of Wealth and Source of Funds
• Perform sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening using compliance tools; investigate and document red flags or risk escalations
• Partner with Sales and Trading teams to keep the onboarding pipeline moving efficiently and resolve documentation gaps with clients
• Ensure all onboarding cases align with internal policies and local AML/CTF regulatory standards, including the AML & CTF Ordinance
• Utilize paperless onboarding tools, e-signatures, and digital ID solutions to streamline client verification and periodic reviews

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in corporate KYC/KYB onboarding, Client Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), or financial crime operations within fintech, banking, or digital assets
• Practical experience evaluating corporate structures, constitutional documents such as Certificate of Incumbency and Articles of Association, and offshore entity frameworks
• Working knowledge of local AML/CTF regulatory requirements and standard corporate due diligence guidelines
• Hands-on experience with screening platforms such as World-Check and Dow Jones, and digital verification tools
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach, with a keen interest in growing a career in the digital asset space
