Client Account Director - Public Sector - Intelligence

As a Client Account Director at Chainalysis, you'll build and manage relationships with Indian Intelligence and Defence customers, driving our mission to make the world a safer place. You'll support National Security, law enforcement, and civilian agencies to disrupt criminal operations, reduce illicit activity, recover funds for victims, and investigate cases involving digital assets. You'll measure success by quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and account growth in the region.

What you'll do

• Establish trust and build strong relationships with Indian Intelligence and Defence Agencies, tailoring Chainalysis solutions to their needs.
• Evangelize Chainalysis solutions in a compelling yet approachable way.
• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to market trends, competitive drivers, region-specific sales channels, and more.
• Work closely with Customer Success, PreSales, and Marketing teams to lead conversations within your customer base and achieve your goals.
• Demonstrate exceptional expertise in sales forecasting, ensuring precise and reliable predictions to drive informed decision-making and maximize business growth.
• Consistently use data from sales figures, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to meet and exceed sales goals.

What you bring

• Demonstrated history in a B2B SaaS sales role.
• Proven sales experience and trusted relationships with Indian Central and/or State Intelligence agencies, national security agencies, and/or financial regulators.
• Solid understanding of the procurement systems of Indian Central and/or State National Security and/or financial regulators.
• Articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communication skills, able to convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise way.
• Track record in both new business development, delivering accurate sales forecasts, and strategic and tactical account development.
• A passion to deliver on the Chainalysis mission to build trust in blockchains.
• Willingness to travel within India for identifying and building sales growth.

Nice to have

• Experience with Financial Intelligence, Investigations, Cyber Security, and/or Cryptocurrency Technologies.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, web3, and blockchain technology.
