Client Success Specialist – Crypto & OTC Trading

As a Client Success Specialist at Veta Virtual, you support the day-to-day operations of an over-the-counter cryptocurrency trade desk. You are a financially fluent, detail-oriented professional who delivers a white glove experience to clients executing trades by bank wire and ACH transfer. You build relationships with prospective clients, onboard new ones, and serve as a trusted point of contact for everyone from first-time crypto buyers to experienced investors.

What you'll do

• Field inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective and current clients, and make outbound efforts to further assist clients and promote services.
• Use company compliance policies and standard operating procedures to complete tasks accurately and effectively.
• Partner with the compliance team to identify and report suspicious activity through internal reporting tickets.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
• Educate clients on the basics of the platform, including wallet walkthroughs, Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrency offerings, in terms that build real understanding and trust.
• Guide clients through the process of executing crypto trades by bank wire and ACH transfer, ensuring a smooth and confident experience from start to finish.
• Track individual progress on a quarterly basis, including call quality, approved registration ratio, approved to trading ratio, and average trades per client.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or client relations.
• Strong organizational skills, with the discipline to follow procedures precisely in a regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of risk controls, policies, and procedures.
• Creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to work with all levels of management.
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort learning new platforms quickly.
• Current location in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency.
• Comfort and proficiency using AI tools to support client research and day-to-day productivity.
• Experience with OTC trading, brokerage services, or financial product sales.
• Familiarity with suspicious activity reporting, AML compliance, or regulatory monitoring in a financial services context.
• Genuine passion for fintech, digital assets, and the future of financial technology.
