Community Marketing Manager

As the Community Marketing Manager for RedotPay's Latin America expansion, you own regional go-to-market strategy across Brazil and Spanish-speaking markets. You build and lead Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking user and developer communities, localize content, and develop partnerships that drive user acquisition in one of the world's fastest-growing regions for crypto adoption, stablecoin use, and remittances.

What you'll do

• Build, moderate, and grow community channels (Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, Instagram) with localized content and engagement in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
• Develop and execute a social and content calendar for LATAM audiences including educational threads, breaking news, AMAs, memes, and video content adapted to Brazilian and Spanish-speaking culture
• Leverage an existing network of LATAM Web3 projects, builders, creators, and KOLs to build partnerships, collaborations, and regional activations
• Identify and onboard local users, communities, and merchants, converting the region's remittance and inflation-driven crypto demand into RedotPay adoption
• Plan and run local meetups, workshops, AMAs, and conference presence across key LATAM cities
• Capture local market trends, competitor activity, and community sentiment; report regional growth metrics to the Hong Kong team
• Monitor and mitigate FUD, scams, and misinformation within Portuguese and Spanish-language communities

What you bring

• Native or full professional proficiency in Portuguese, fluent English, and working proficiency in Spanish
• 3+ years in Web3 community growth, partnerships, and business development with demonstrable experience specifically in Brazil and Latin America (e.g. Solana ecosystem, blockchain gaming, crypto communities)
• Hands-on experience managing Telegram and Discord communities at scale
• An existing network of LATAM Web3 projects, builders, KOLs, and communities
• Deep cultural and market knowledge of Brazil and broader LATAM, including the crypto adoption, payments, and remittance landscape
• Proficiency with social media tooling (X, Telegram, Discord, analytics), copywriting, and content production for trilingual audiences
