Crypto Campaign Manager

As a Campaign Manager at BTCC, you lead cross-functional marketing campaigns and keep the growth engine running at full speed. You sit at the center of execution, collaborating with marketing, product, design, and community teams to take high-impact campaigns from concept to launch. BTCC is one of the world's longest-running cryptocurrency exchanges, founded in 2011, and continues to expand its international presence within the Web3 ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Plan, structure, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring deliverables are met on time and aligned with business growth targets
• Act as the primary project manager and hub between internal product, design, marketing, content, and external partner teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment
• Turn broad growth goals into clear, actionable campaign roadmaps, defining key deliverables, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and launch timelines
• Facilitate clear, effective coordination, copy alignment, and partner communication in both Mandarin and English
• Track key campaign metrics, analyze conversion funnels, and deliver actionable insights to continually refine strategy

What you bring

• Professional or native fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns in crypto, Web3, Fintech, TradFi, or another fast-paced, high-growth industry
• Exceptional organizational ability with a track record of coordinating complex, multi-team initiatives using structured workflows and tools
• A solid foundational understanding of cryptocurrency, Web3 ecosystem mechanics, and industry trends
• Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities and ambitious deadlines
• Work authorization in the United Kingdom

Nice to have

• Direct experience managing or moderating Web3 communities on Discord and Telegram
• Experience working across cross-cultural, distributed remote teams across Asia and Western time zones
