Crypto Fund & Portfolio Strategy Specialist

As a Crypto Fund & Portfolio Strategy Specialist at Adaa Financial Services, you support cryptocurrency research, digital-asset portfolio analysis, capital allocation, and investment strategy. You evaluate crypto market opportunities, portfolio performance, diversification, and risk across digital assets and emerging blockchain markets, working within a Dubai-based investment management firm.

What you'll do

• Research cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, and digital-asset investment opportunities
• Analyze Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi, and emerging crypto sectors
• Develop portfolio allocation and diversification frameworks
• Monitor volatility, liquidity, drawdowns, correlations, and market trends
• Evaluate tokenomics, project fundamentals, and investment potential
• Assess portfolio exposure, concentration, and risk-adjusted performance
• Research crypto funds, venture investments, and institutional capital flows
• Conduct investment due diligence and market analysis
• Prepare portfolio reports, investment research, and strategy dashboards
• Identify emerging opportunities and risks across digital-asset markets
• Collaborate with investment, research, and financial strategy teams

What you bring

• 2+ years in investment research, portfolio strategy, asset management, fintech, or financial markets
• A strong understanding of cryptocurrency and digital-asset markets
• Knowledge of portfolio construction, capital allocation, and risk management
• Familiarity with DeFi, tokenomics, blockchain protocols, and Web3
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial research skills
• Ability to evaluate investment opportunities and market risks
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred)

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or SQL

• Salary of AED 440,000-500,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
