Crypto Options Trader

As a Crypto Options Trader at SBI Coinhako, you contribute to a trading book by generating revenues and managing risk. You develop volatility models, execute market-making strategies, and partner with developers and control functions to build and refine systematic trading operations in crypto assets.

What you'll do

• Implement volatility models and maintain real-time volatility surfaces for crypto assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum, serving as principal market maker
• Monitor and manage the trading book's risk, ensuring Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta, and Rho exposures stay within strict limits
• Develop and refine systematic strategies to identify short-term mispricing and execute market-making operations
• Partner with developers to backtest, prototype, and deploy new options strategies, and develop new products for distribution
• Perform deep-dive P&L and Greek exposure analysis to evaluate performance and optimize trading models
• Work in close partnership with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure

What you bring

• A degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Economics from a top-tier institution
• Typically 3+ years of hands-on experience in options trading (equities, FX, or crypto) and algorithmic market making
• Strong programming capabilities, particularly in Python
• In-depth understanding of FX, equity and crypto market mechanics (CeFi, DeFi, perpetual futures, and margin models)
