Crypto Product Manager

As a Crypto Product Manager at es.decirdiario, you own the full lifecycle of cryptocurrency product development, from conceptualization through launch to ongoing refinement. You collaborate closely with development, design, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to build accessible cryptocurrency products and services that expand crypto into new markets.

What you'll do

• Define product vision, goals, and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Gather, prioritize, and document user and stakeholder requirements
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, coordinating releases across teams
• Analyze market trends, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities and enhance user experience
• Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and security standards
• Engage with stakeholders, document key decisions, and communicate product direction across the organization

What you bring

• Proven product management experience, ideally in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, user feedback, and market research to inform decisions
• A solid understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, wallet and exchange mechanics, and relevant regulatory considerations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft documentation, keep stakeholders informed, and articulate user-focused product concepts
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, following iterative development and continuous improvement principles
