As a Senior Product Manager at Crypto.com, you own how money and identity flow into OG.com, a CFTC-regulated prediction market platform. You'll drive the entire onboarding and funding experience, from signup and KYC through fiat deposits to trade-ready accounts. Your work directly impacts conversion, volume, and user trust across a platform where funding speed and reliability are competitive advantages.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding and funding end to end, including signup, verification, deposit, and time-to-funded, making deliberate trade-offs between friction and compliance
- Own the funding product across all methods, payouts, limits, retries, and partner UX, spanning ACH, cards, instant funding, and other U.S.-clearing mechanisms
- Treat the money-in funnel as a growth surface by instrumenting drop-off, identifying leaks, and sequencing work against conversion metrics
- Hold the design bar on trust and money UX by giving specific feedback on interaction cost, copy, and recovery paths, not accepting "good enough" for sensitive flows
- Wireframe and partner on design, building your own flows and driving design conversations to catch clunky onboarding and KYC moments before users encounter them
- Run user research on how people actually sign up, verify, and move money, prioritizing observed behavior over stated preferences
- Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, data, compliance, payments, and operations toward funded-user outcomes, signing off on the product and UX bar for all launches
What you bring
- Proven ownership of a consumer signup-to-deposit-to-funded flow, with concrete examples of funnel you ran, drop-offs you tackled, and metrics you moved
- Hands-on flow-of-funds ownership at the bank-API layer, including real integration work with direct bank APIs, partner-bank APIs, banking-as-a-service, or rails providers, and end-to-end ownership of at least one funding method, rail, or failure mode (such as settlement failures, ACH returns, retry models, or chargeback flows)
- Design sensibility with the ability to critique money-in and identity UX using specific terms like hierarchy, density, recovery, and trust, backed by examples of flows you refused to ship until clear
- An instinct for why funding must feel instant in live-event contexts, where slow or failed deposits cost volume in real time
- A data- and user-driven approach: you instrument your own funnels, size opportunities, prioritize off numbers without waiting for handed analysis, and run your own research on how users sign up, verify, and fund
Nice to have
- KYC and identity verification ownership or fluency with risk-tiered challenges and step-up flows
- Regulated on/off-ramp or neobank experience at the intersection of compliance, rails, and consumer conversion
- Prediction-market, sportsbook, or real-money-gaming background that demonstrates understanding of instant-funding pressure during live events
- Deep design-tool and design-system fluency that lets you move faster treating design as a peer discipline
- Experience using AI tools with human judgment in the loop to accelerate research, specs, and iteration
What we offer
- Competitive salary
- Attractive annual leave including birthday and work anniversary days
- 401(k) plan with employer match
- Company-sponsored group health, dental, vision, and life/disability insurance
- Flexible work hours and hybrid setup
- Internal mobility program offering career alternatives and diverse scope
