Crypto Project Manager

As a Crypto Project Manager at Ramy Infotech, you own the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across product, engineering, marketing, partnerships, and compliance. You serve as the central point of coordination, holding the full picture, surfacing risks early, and ensuring decisions are made and documented. You thrive in a fast-moving, often ambiguous environment where success depends on your ability to create structure without slowing execution.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional crypto projects, including scope, timeline, dependencies, and risk.
• Establish and maintain delivery processes that are lightweight and effective.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors, vendors, and partners.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop working knowledge of blockchain-specific requirements: tokenomics, integrations, security audits, exchange listings, and regulatory considerations.
• Ensure clear, accurate, and timely reporting on project status to leadership.

What you bring

• Proven experience managing projects in crypto, blockchain, or Web3.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results under ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders without loss of meaning.
• An ownership mentality: you identify problems and resolve them.

Nice to have

• Experience launching products from zero to one.
• Familiarity with DeFi, L2, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• A formal project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

• Compensation of $200,000 to $300,000 per year.
