Vice President Operations

As Vice President Operations at Simon DeFi, you lead and optimize day-to-day operations across a DeFi consultancy specializing in protocol analysis, red-teaming, and risk mitigation. You ensure efficient delivery of consulting engagements and high-quality client experiences while overseeing operational planning, workflow design, and resource allocation for a remote, global team.

What you'll do

• Establish and refine operational processes, manage cross-functional initiatives, and monitor performance metrics to support protocol analysis and red-teaming projects
• Oversee financial and P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Manage vendor and partner relationships and coordinate continuous improvement of tools and systems used in remote collaboration
• Shape client service standards, manage operational risks, and ensure responsive, high-quality support for institutional and protocol teams
• Coordinate with leadership on strategic priorities and growth opportunities, contributing to long-term strategic planning in the DeFi ecosystem

What you bring

• Strong operations management and project management skills to design processes, manage workflows, and oversee complex consulting engagements
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Proven ability in customer service and client relationship management
• Expertise in strategic planning, including setting operational goals, aligning resources, and supporting long-term growth initiatives
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to operate in a remote, globally distributed environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience leading teams, implementing process improvements, and using data-driven decision-making tools such as dashboards, KPIs, and operational analytics

Nice to have

• Background in technology, fintech, crypto, or DeFi operations
• Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and risk management
