Project Manager

As a Project Manager at CertiK, you manage the delivery of security engagements for blockchain projects and institutions, keeping clients, security engineers, sales, and internal teams aligned from kickoff through final report delivery. You oversee timelines, maintain project documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact across multiple engagements, ensuring on-time delivery and a smooth client experience.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of security engagements, including kickoff, timeline planning, milestone tracking, report delivery, and closure
• Coordinate with security engineers, sales, and other internal teams to confirm project requirements and ensure smooth handoffs at each stage
• Identify and escalate project risks such as delays or scope changes, follow through to ensure timely resolution, and help refine delivery processes over time
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status updates, confirming timelines, and managing change requests
• Lead client meetings such as kickoff calls and report reviews, support security engineers in presenting findings and remediation recommendations, and coordinate follow-up assessments and retests

What you bring

• 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in the blockchain industry
• A solid understanding of smart contracts, blockchain security, and penetration testing, with the ability to discuss technical issues with both security engineers and clients
• A proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating work across multiple teams
• Experience in client-facing project roles, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience at a cybersecurity company, particularly in security consulting or assessment delivery
• Familiarity with the broader Web3 ecosystem, including major blockchains and DeFi protocols
• Experience working with institutional clients, including financial institutions and enterprises
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese

What we offer

• Annual base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 for candidates in the United States, with compensation outside the United States determined based on location, experience, and qualifications
