Cryptocurrency Trader

As a Cryptocurrency Trader at Mimic, you analyze digital asset markets, develop and evaluate trading strategies, and monitor market conditions to support the platform's trading and copy-trading ecosystem. You work remotely from Spain, contributing market insights that help shape how users trade across multiple exchanges.

What you'll do

• Analyze cryptocurrency markets and identify potential trading opportunities
• Research Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins, and emerging digital assets
• Develop and evaluate trading strategies using market data
• Monitor price movements, liquidity, volatility, and trading volume
• Analyze technical indicators and market trends
• Evaluate the performance of expert traders and copy-trading strategies
• Apply disciplined position sizing and risk management principles
• Track portfolio performance and maintain accurate trading reports
• Research exchange features and trading pair opportunities
• Communicate market insights and strategy findings to the team

What you bring

• Experience in cryptocurrency trading, financial markets, or digital asset research
• Strong understanding of crypto exchanges and spot trading
• Knowledge of technical analysis, market structure, and trading indicators
• Understanding of portfolio exposure and risk management
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with crypto market data and trading tools
• Ability to make disciplined, data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating copy-trading or algorithmic strategies

What we offer

• Gross salary of €125,000-€155,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant expertise
