DeFi Strategy Operations Manager

As a DeFi Strategy Operations Manager at Jazeera Ventures, you support structured coordination across decentralized finance environments. You align operational workflows with DeFi strategy execution, maintain visibility across protocol activity, and help internal teams oversee decentralized finance interactions. This role contributes to developing scalable digital asset operations within Jazeera Ventures.

What you'll do

• Coordinate operational processes across DeFi protocols and platforms
• Monitor transaction flows and protocol-level activity across blockchain networks
• Track asset allocation across decentralized finance environments
• Maintain structured reporting related to DeFi activity and operational metrics
• Review blockchain confirmations associated with protocol interactions
• Identify inconsistencies in transaction flows or protocol engagement
• Support internal stakeholders with visibility into DeFi operations and activity
• Maintain documentation related to DeFi operational frameworks

What you bring

• Experience working with DeFi protocols or decentralized exchanges
• Understanding of decentralized finance infrastructure and blockchain systems
• Experience interacting with DeFi protocols using wallets
• Familiarity with blockchain transaction confirmations and network mechanics
• Experience using blockchain explorers or DeFi analytics tools
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Professional fluency in English
