Desenvolvedor(a) .NET Pleno/Senior | IT Digital Assets (Crypto)

Join Magnetis' IT Digital Assets team, the crypto front for BTG Pactual, and help build one of Brazil's largest digital asset platforms. You'll develop solutions across pricing, distribution, trading, and custody in the digital asset ecosystem, working closely with business teams to shape products for clients. Your mission is to help consolidate BTG Pactual as Brazil's leading reference in crypto assets by building scalable, resilient, highly available systems that operate 24/7 and handle large volumes.

What you'll do

• Participate directly in building strategic products for the bank
• Work in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with teams across Business, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Regulatory functions
• Propose solutions and influence technical and product decisions
• Build systems that meet challenges of scale, performance, and high availability

What you bring

• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Experience with .NET, AWS, SQL, Microservices, Messaging, EKS, and Git
• A solid foundation in algorithms and data structures
• Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
• A collaborative mindset with a drive to learn and solve complex problems

Nice to have

• Interest in the financial markets and digital asset ecosystem
• Experience with distributed and mission-critical systems
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and high-performance applications
