Digital Marketing Specialist (Web3 & Crypto)

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at TaskKash, you will strengthen the digital presence of a SocialFi platform built on Solana that connects Web3 projects and brands with users through reward-based campaigns. You will drive user acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and support ecosystem growth through creative marketing strategies and community engagement.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and platform growth.
• Manage and grow TaskKash's presence across X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community growth initiatives.
• Create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, campaign announcements, and promotional materials.
• Identify opportunities to attract new users, Web3 projects, brands, and potential business partners.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and growth opportunities within the Solana and broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Build relationships with relevant communities, influencers, creators, and ecosystem partners.
• Monitor marketing performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product and community teams to promote new features, campaigns, and platform updates.
• Recommend and implement strategies to improve user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

What you bring

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and online community growth.
• Familiarity with Web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent written communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
• Ability to pitch services, negotiate with prospects, and close deals.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• A National Diploma (Required).

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with a Web3 startup, crypto project, or blockchain community.
• Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem.
• Experience with user acquisition, referral marketing, influencer marketing, and partnership development.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, or conversion optimization.
