Director, Global Treasury Services

As Director of Global Treasury Services at OKG, you build and lead a new Global Treasury Services team within the Group Treasury function, establishing a scalable and robust global operations backbone. You partner with Regional Treasurers across multiple offices to ensure operational continuity, standardized documentation, and audit readiness, while acting as a global payment approver and managing e-banking administration worldwide.

What you'll do

• Build and lead a new Global Treasury Services team within the Group Treasury function, establishing a scalable and robust global operations backbone
• Act as an additional global payment approver in accordance with established payment control processes
• Partner with Regional Treasurers to ensure operational continuity and resilience, providing coverage during holiday periods, staff turnover, or emergency situations
• Partner with Regional Treasurers to ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of banking documentation, support periodic bank reviews, and manage the annual bank audit confirmation process
• Oversee Group Treasury documentation globally, ensuring standardization, completeness, and audit readiness across regions
• Own global e-banking administration, ensuring timely updates and regular review in line with established bank account management policies

What you bring

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in treasury and/or finance, with strong focus on treasury operations, controls, and global cash management within a multinational environment
• Proven experience in building, leading, or scaling treasury operations or shared services functions, with strong understanding of payments, bank connectivity, e-banking, and reconciliation processes
• Solid knowledge of internal controls, governance frameworks, audit requirements, and experience in process standardization and operational risk management
• Technology-savvy approach, with hands-on experience using treasury management systems (TMS) and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and control
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capability, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a multi-region environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
