Earn Operations Specialist (Onchain Direction)

As an Earn Operations Specialist focused on onchain direction at Binance, you drive the strategy and execution of decentralized finance products within our ecosystem. You collaborate with internal teams and external project partners to launch and optimize onchain DeFi offerings, from lending and staking to liquidity pools and RWA vaults, ensuring seamless user experiences and strong go-to-market execution.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with internal business development teams and external project partners to plan and execute user operation campaigns, including campaign material preparation, cross-functional coordination, GTM execution, and reward distribution
• Own pre-launch testing, product optimization, and go-to-market initiatives for campaigns and products, continuously improving key user flows such as staking, redemption, and reward claiming from an operations perspective
• Build a data analysis framework using AI tools and generate actionable operational insights to identify blind spots and drive improvements
• Conduct initial assessments of how onchain products fit within Binance's current product suite and contribute to product solution design from an operations perspective

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with onchain DeFi products including lending, staking, liquidity provision, and RWA vaults, with a strong understanding of yield mechanisms and risk structures
• A strong product operations mindset and the ability to independently lead planning and execution of user campaigns
• Proficiency using AI tools for product analysis, operational data review, and campaign performance evaluation
• Ability to understand basic smart contract logic and use onchain analytics tools such as Dune and Etherscan
• Strong English skills and the ability to communicate directly with project teams in Europe and the US, along with solid business development and product communication capabilities

Nice to have

• Experience in product or operations roles with leading DeFi protocols such as Morpho, Aave, Pendle, or Ethena
