Enterprise Account Executive (Blockchain)

As an Enterprise Account Executive at a rapidly growing, tier-1 VC-backed Web3 company, you drive greenfield expansion across APAC. You'll build your own pipeline, run discovery, and close deals with exchanges, fintechs, and financial institutions moving onchain, working full-cycle with a focus on new customer acquisition.

What you'll do

• Build your own pipeline and run full-cycle sales with a focus on new customer acquisition
• Conduct discovery conversations and close deals with C-level and technical stakeholders at exchanges, fintechs, and financial institutions
• Win new customers at deal sizes of US$50-200K, expanding accounts up to approximately US$500K over 6-9 month cycles
• Travel regionally and attend team meet-ups to support account management and relationship building

What you bring

• 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of hitting your targets
• Experience selling complex, technical products to technical buyers
• A background in Web3, crypto, cybersecurity, or fintech (strong technical SaaS sellers from other sectors are also welcome)
• A disciplined sales process such as MEDDIC or similar methodology
• A builder mindset and comfort taking a newer brand to market in a startup environment
