Finance Operations

As a Finance Operations professional at FLOQ, you oversee the daily financial processes of a licensed digital asset exchange registered under OJK. You maintain accurate financial records, reconcile transactions across fiat and blockchain systems, manage liquidity and settlements, and collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to strengthen financial controls and reporting quality.

What you'll do

• Manage the exchange's liquidity pools, wallet distribution, and fiat bank balances
• Reconcile and settle fiat and transfer transactions, ensuring every trade, deposit, and withdrawal matches perfectly with blockchain states, bank statements, and internal database records
• Maintain accurate financial records and support the preparation of internal and external financial reports
• Monitor operational controls and contribute to risk management and process improvement initiatives
• Manage relationships with traditional banking partners and handle corporate finance operations
• Collaborate across product, compliance, and operations teams to streamline financial workflows and enhance reporting quality

What you bring

• Strong Financial Operations and Finance skills, with experience managing day-to-day financial processes and controls
• Solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify variances, and generate actionable insights
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present financial information effectively
• Experience in financial reporting, including preparing, reviewing, and improving periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tools, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA
• Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets and crypto environments
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, especially OJK
