Finance Operations Senior Manager

As a Finance Operations Senior Manager at OKX, you oversee all aspects of accounting for a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet. You join a global team united by core principles of "We Before Me", "Do the Right Thing", and "Get Things Done", ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance across financial operations.

What you'll do

• Review and prepare a full set of accounts including management accounts reporting independently
• File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports
• Manage GST reporting by filing quarterly GST returns
• Communicate within the team to ensure internal deadlines and reporting/planning expectations are met
• Liaise with auditors and tax representatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data requests and integration into financial systems
• Communicate with relevant departments for policy making
• Actively involve and communicate with stakeholders on policy changes and continuous improvement to enhance existing policies, processes, and data
• Support ad-hoc projects when necessary

What you bring

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines (ACCA or equivalent preferred)
• Prior relevant audit experience in Big 4 accounting firms
• Prior experience with crypto or a strong interest in the crypto industry
• Basic knowledge of Singapore GST and understanding of the requirements for Singapore GST claims
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
