[Fintech] Settlement Associate (Mandarin Speaking, Shifting Required)

As a Settlement Associate at BTSE, you ensure the accuracy and timeliness of daily settlement operations for our fintech and blockchain platform. You handle both fiat and crypto payments, monitor trade confirmations, and reconcile transactions to guarantee correctness for all clients.

What you'll do

• Handle fiat and crypto payments accurately and promptly
• Record all deals with no errors and ensure 100% reconciliation with transaction history
• Monitor day-to-day trade confirmation and settlement reports aligned with customer deals
• Track and process the status of system deposit and withdrawal transactions
• Co-work with Treasury to make daily reconciliations with banking details
• Ensure all confirmations are dispatched to internal and external parties in adherence to regulations and procedures
• Liaise with relevant parties to resolve confirmation and settlement issues
• Provide resolution or seek assistance for problems associated with FX or Money Operation
• Prepare regular reports for internal control and external audit

What you bring

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Business or Finance
• 1-3 years of working experience in Settlement Operation
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to numbers
• Availability to work shifting hours as required
