Global Admin Head (Top 10 Cryptocurrency Exchange)

As a Global Admin Head at a top 10 cryptocurrency exchange, you lead the cross-regional administration team spanning Singapore and the greater China region, coordinating effectively across time zones and multiple markets. You report to the Head of HR and Administration, and drive optimization of admin systems, team performance, and operational execution on a global scale.

What you'll do

• Oversee and manage the global administration team covering Singapore and the greater China region, leading regional team leads to coordinate effectively across time zones
• Own team training, performance management, and retention to drive overall execution efficiency
• Continuously iterate and optimize existing administrative systems including admin policies, asset management, procurement processes, contingency planning, and confidentiality protocols, and develop unified global admin standard operating procedures
• Lead administrative support for major company events, with immediate priority on travel and logistics support for a major industry conference in Singapore in October
• Take end-to-end ownership of both domestic and international administrative operations, ensuring consistent standards and execution across all regions

What you bring

• Proven hands-on, boots-on-the-ground problem-solving experience in administrative operations
• International outlook with experience managing cross-regional teams, solid grasp of admin team budgeting, performance evaluation, and talent retention
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional teams

Nice to have

• Administration leadership experience at major internet or tech companies
• Experience at Web3 or crypto exchanges
• Background in cross-border financial institutions or top-tier multinational consulting firms
