GTM - Web3 Partnerships

As a GTM and Web3 Partnerships Manager at D3 Embedded, you identify and engage key stakeholders across the Web3 ecosystem to drive adoption of domain tokenization. You work with wallets, marketplaces, and DeFi protocols to establish domain tokens as liquid, real-world assets, generating qualified partnership opportunities that scale D3's DomainFi ecosystem. This hybrid role, preferably based in Los Angeles, offers creative freedom and ownership in positioning D3 as the definitive leader in DomainFi.

What you'll do

• Research and identify high-potential Web3 platforms such as wallets, marketplaces, and DeFi protocols for partnership opportunities
• Coordinate with Tech, Product and Operations teams internally and project manage implementation end to end
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to establish domains as a core, on-chain digital asset
• Qualify prospects based on established criteria and schedule discovery calls for the leadership team
• Maintain meticulous documentation in CRM systems including contact information, outreach history, prospect qualification notes, and partnership opportunities
• Develop personalized messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of domain tokenization to different target segments
• Track key performance metrics such as contact rate, response rate, and meeting conversion, managing persistent follow-up communications
• Conceptualize and facilitate unique activation events at industry conferences to generate buzz and attract high-value partnership prospects

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in business development, go-to-market, and partnership roles
• Familiarity with Web3 and blockchain concepts and terminology such as NFTs, DeFi, and wallets (technical expertise not required)
• Strong prospecting skills and ability to navigate organizations to identify decision-makers
• Experience with sales engagement platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot
• Self-motivation and a demonstrated ability to hit or exceed outbound activity metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
