Head of Total Rewards, Global

As Head of Total Rewards at OKX, you will lead the design and enhancement of our global Total Rewards strategy. You will head a talented global team in shaping our compensation policies, drive the implementation of short-term and long-term incentive plans, and collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to resolve compensation and benefits challenges. Your expertise will guide benchmarking studies, optimize annual compensation processes, and continuously improve our rewards approach.

What you'll do

• Design and build Compensation & Benefits policies and guidelines that ensure competitive pay positioning, including global compensation structure, global benefits programs, and tailored compensation tools
• Drive the design and implementation of company-wide short-term and long-term incentive programs, serving as the focal point with business functions and executing communication strategies to secure stakeholder buy-in
• Advocate for and influence senior management on new Total Rewards strategies
• Partner with the business, HRBPs, and other HR functions to manage, consult on, and resolve complex compensation and benefits matters
• Lead the team in conducting benchmarking studies to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current policies and guidelines, identifying gaps and recommending areas for enhancement
• Oversee the execution of annual Compensation & Benefits programs, including annual salary review, Long-Term Incentive grants, benefits reviews, and salary surveys
• Guide the team in delivering training to HR staff and business leaders on processes and best practices within the Total Rewards framework, ensuring direct interaction with employees at all levels
• Drive the design and improvement of workflows and procedures to maximize efficiency, managing programs from a project management perspective and recommending new approaches to support continuous improvement

What you bring

• A Bachelor's Degree with solid knowledge and experience of global Compensation & Benefits design, including broad-based compensation, short-term and long-term incentive program design and implementation, and annual focal reviews
• Self-motivation and flexibility, with the ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments
• Resilience and a positive, can-do attitude, committed to embodying and promoting the company's values
• Strong domain expertise combined with openness to new ideas and feedback, valuing diverse perspectives to achieve the best outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive business conversations and push things through
• Demonstrated strong financial acumen and business insights in designing incentive programs
• A hands-on approach willing to engage in the details
• Strong ability to build partnerships within the HR team and across business units
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as the role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking regions
• Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship
