  • Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, including coordination of PGR, PCMSO, SIPAT, and CIPA requirements.
  • Monitor labor law developments across key LATAM markets and advise on compliance implications.
  • Support internal and external HR audits and maintain HR policies to reflect regulatory requirements and changes.

  • Advise and coach managers on performance management, team dynamics, and engagement matters.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and present retention recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with local legal counsel on complex matters involving CLT obligations and labor court exposure.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports employee well-being and reflects organizational values.
  • Plan and execute local events, team-building initiatives, and cultural celebrations in alignment with global guidelines.
  • Manage the shipping and receiving of company laptops locally and perform basic device setups under the guidance of the remote IT team.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, facility maintenance, and vendor management to ensure a safe and productive workplace.
  • Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, corporate mobile lines, and procurement activities.
  • Facilitate office access control, visitor management, and front-desk operations as needed.
  • Monitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and employer branding strategies among crypto, Web3, and fintech companies in Brazil and LATAM to inform talent strategy.
  • Contribute to recruitment and employer branding initiatives as required.

What you bring

  • Comfortable building HR and office functions from the ground up in new or scaling environments, with ability to set up processes, policies, and infrastructure.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a track record of identifying gaps and implementing solutions independently.

Nice to have
