HR & Office Administrator

As an HR & Office Administrator at Tothemoon, a leading cryptocurrency platform providing secure, intuitive, and compliant crypto trading solutions, you'll join our team in Cyprus on a full-time basis. You'll focus on coordinating business travel, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring a smooth experience for employees on the move, while also supporting day-to-day office operations and HR administrative processes.

What you'll do

• Coordinate business travel arrangements for employees, including flights, hotels, airport transfers, and transportation
• Manage travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related requests
• Communicate with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and other service providers
• Assist with visa applications, renewals, and other travel-related documentation
• Prepare and manage HR documentation for employee onboarding and offboarding in the Cyprus office
• Support daily office operations, including ordering supplies, snacks, and beverages
• Coordinate with cleaning staff, landlords, and property management to ensure smooth office operations
• Handle administrative requests and visit local authorities when necessary
• Assist with organizing corporate events, team activities, and other administrative tasks

What you bring

• Experience in travel coordination, office administration, HR administration, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple bookings, requests, and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
• Valid driving license and own car

Nice to have

• Knowledge of local administrative procedures in Cyprus
