Institutional Sales Manager (LATAM)

As an Institutional Sales Manager for LATAM at Binance, you will acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major institutional and VIP clients in the region. You join the Binance VIP and Institutional team, which serves the most sophisticated trading users and market participants, including hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, market makers, brokers, and investment banks. You will build your client portfolio alongside Binance colleagues while working remotely in a global team that covers all parts of the world, with opportunities to travel and meet clients at bespoke events.

What you'll do

• Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major institutional and VIP clients
• Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs
• Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers
• Analyse user behaviour, identify hidden needs, write key customer analysis reports, and communicate with various departments to provide optimal solutions and product feedback

What you bring

• 3-5+ years of working experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, or FX sales
• Proven sales experience in customer acquisition and origination with clear sales KPIs
• A client portfolio that includes institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, proprietary trading firms, private bank customers, or futures institutions
• Proficiency with CRM tools
• Experience working autonomously within sales teams, collaborating with regional teams, and attending or hosting events to acquire new customers
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, excellent relationship maintenance and sales abilities, and capacity to work under pressure
• Fluency in English
• Passion for cryptocurrency

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the crypto or blockchain industry
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English
