Sales & business development - OTC payment & cards

BRIDGENIX is seeking a Sales & Business Development professional to drive growth in OTC payment and card solutions. As a key member of the sales team, you'll identify and engage prospective institutional and high-net-worth clients, build lasting relationships, and close deals in the crypto-to-fiat conversion space. You'll work in a hybrid role based in Singapore, collaborating closely with product and operations teams to refine offerings and gather market feedback.

What you'll do

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound prospecting and relationship building
• Conduct sales meetings and product presentations tailored to client needs
• Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and prepare sales reports
• Negotiate terms and close deals with institutional and high-net-worth clients
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to refine OTC payment and card offerings
• Provide customer support for key accounts and nurture long-term relationships
• Gather market feedback and regulatory insights to inform business strategy
• Participate in training sessions and industry events to stay current on market and regulatory developments

What you bring

• Strong communication and customer service skills to build trust and manage client expectations
• Proven sales and sales management experience, with ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets
• Training skills to onboard clients, educate partners, and support internal knowledge sharing
• Experience in OTC trading, payments, cards, or fintech, with familiarity in crypto and fiat conversion processes
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic data reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
