You bring existing relationships from traditional finance and work with company leadership to activate their communities as traders on Orderly's orderbook-based infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Identify and prioritize target listed companies, focusing on small-cap names
- Build relationships with company leadership, CFOs, IR teams, and their advisors including financial advisors, ECM bankers, IR firms, and market makers
- Pitch the value of listing on Orderly as a new liquidity channel, community engagement opportunity, and access to crypto-native traders
- Drive the listing process end to end, from first contact through go-live, collaborating with internal product and operations teams
- Work with listed partners on post-listing community activation and trading volume growth
- Track pipeline and conversion metrics, reporting progress against listing targets regularly
What you bring
- An established network among listed companies through roles in ECM, corporate finance, investor relations, corporate broking, or exchange listings
- A track record of bringing companies to a platform or deal, such as IPO mandates, dual listings, ADR programs, or IR client wins
- Strong pitching and negotiation skills with senior decision-makers
- Fluent English, with native speaker preferred
- Self-driven and results-oriented approach, comfortable building an early-stage, unproven business line
Nice to have
- Listing or business development experience at an exchange, depositary receipts bank, RWA, tokenized equity, or STO platform
- Background in a boutique investment bank, small-cap market maker, or listed-company IR advisory
- Network covering the US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, or Korea markets
- Basic understanding of crypto, DEXs, and tokenized assets
About Orderly Network
Orderly Network combines orderbook-based trading infrastructure with a liquidity layer for spot and perpetual futures.
