Market Operation Specialist (Crypto)

As a Market Operation Specialist at SwapTrade, you run day-to-day market operations for a global crypto exchange. You approve orders, manage swaps between digital assets, and monitor the market for risk across both our instant swap platform (non-custodial) and our advanced trading platform where clients hold custody.

What you'll do

• Review and approve client orders and withdrawals, checking amounts, wallet addresses, networks and compliance flags
• Manage swaps across crypto assets, including spreads and liquidity
• Monitor markets in real time and flag unusual price moves, volatility or liquidity gaps
• Carry out KYC/AML checks and keep accurate transaction records

What you bring

• Active crypto trading experience, either professional or personal
• Strong hands-on crypto knowledge of exchanges, wallets, networks, on-chain transfers and fees
• A clear understanding of order types, spreads, slippage and liquidity
• Basic knowledge of KYC/AML requirements, or willingness to learn
• Close attention to detail, since errors here cost real money
• Clear written and spoken English
