Marketing Generalist, BitGo Labs (Contract)

As a Marketing Generalist at BitGo Labs, you'll take real, revenue-generating products to market in 90-day cycles. You work directly with product and engineering teams to launch products that leverage crypto economics and AI, moving from strategy through user adoption with speed and accountability that most marketers never experience.

What you'll do

• Define pre-GTM strategy: identify the first user, craft the wedge and messaging, and map distribution channels before product launch
• Build demand generation and SEO engines using AI to spin up optimized landing pages, test copy, and drive organic growth rapidly
• Own social media and community strategy for new launches, building hype within crypto culture and engaging directly with early adopters
• Analyze post-launch results honestly, tracking user adoption and conversion metrics to distinguish signal from noise
• Make kill-or-iterate decisions based on pre-committed success metrics, shutting down underperforming channels without delay and moving to the next experiment

What you bring

• Hands-on experience marketing something from zero: a side project, startup, newsletter, or personal brand
• Professional marketing, growth, or communications experience with a proven track record driving user acquisition and engagement
• Ability to build: you prototype with AI tools, create landing pages, generate copy, and run your own analytics rather than writing briefs for agencies
• Comfort with crypto or willingness to learn fast, including understanding of internet culture and what drives engagement on crypto platforms
• Decisive mindset suited to small teams, short cycles, and autonomous decision-making
• Willingness to kill your own campaigns, extract learning, and move to the next experiment without hesitation
