Odos - Treasury & Trading Strategy Lead

As the Treasury & Trading Strategy Lead at Odos, you oversee and actively manage the DAO's treasury assets to maximize yield and minimize risk. Odos is a smart order routing solution available on 15 EVM chains, using a patented algorithm to deliver the best swap rates to retail and institutional traders. You work closely with the Head of the DAO and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial health, transparency, and strategic planning for future liquidity events.

What you'll do

• Oversee and actively manage the DAO's treasury assets to maximize yield and minimize risk
• Work closely with the Head of the DAO and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial health and strategic planning
• Design and implement asset management and tokenomics strategies
• Build pricing models and simulate buyback strategies linked to revenue or usage growth
• Deploy and manage DeFi liquidity pools across major chains and DEXs
• Create and maintain advanced data analytics and dashboards to monitor treasury health and trading performance
• Navigate liquidity events and implement data-driven trading strategies aligned with long-term vision

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in crypto trading, treasury management, or DeFi strategy
• Deep understanding of decentralized and centralized trading platforms
• Proven track record in designing and implementing asset management and tokenomics strategies
• Strong quantitative skills with experience building pricing models and simulating buyback strategies
• Familiarity with tokenomics, liquidity mining, staking, and DAO governance
• Experience deploying and managing DeFi liquidity pools across major chains and DEXs
• Advanced data analytics and dashboarding skills, such as Dune, Nansen, Flipside, or custom SQL dashboards
• High integrity and a DAO-first mindset with comfort operating transparently
